CEIVA Pro 80 Digital Photo Frame and PicturePlan Review

When I originally contacted CEIVA, it was solely concerning a digital photo frame. I quickly learned that CEIVA offers so much more than just a digital frame. CEIVA offers amazing photo services where you can receive photos from your friends and family from anywhere around the world. Being that I have best friends in Utah and Idaho and family in California, New Jersey, Chicago, and several other places, the idea thrilled me to receive pictures directly to my frame.

I received the CEIVA Pro 80 frame for review. I was immediately impressed with how high quality and chic the frame was. I also loved that the frame came with two covers, black and brown which are easy to switch out. I turned on the frame to view the picture. It was clear, bright, and beautiful.

Activating my frame was fairly easy. You first register your frame by making a simple account, take your frame off demo mode and start the process of downloading pictures to your frame and sending requests to your friends and family to also send pictures to your frame. Withe the CEIVA Pro 80 you have three choices for setting up a connection to your frame: Ethernet adapter, your phone line, or your wireless network. The frame comes with a phone cord and splitter and a CEIVA Wireless adapter, which is super easy to use. I chose to do wireless. I just plugged in the adapter to the back of my frame, set my connections to wireless, and found a connection. Once my connection was established, my photos I had downloaded earlier began as a slide show. The pictures actually looked better on my frame than on my computer.
My mother-in-law also received a frame so we could try out the service of sending pictures from frame to frame. This is very cool. After I downloaded pictures to my frame, I selected the pictures I also wanted to send to her frame. We also both sent out requests to family to send us pictures, too, at no cost to them. You can also receive pictures from e-mail or from your phone. Every time you have a new picture, a blue light will flash on your frame to let you know to check out your new pictures from loved ones. They will upload on to the frame automatically.

In addition to having all of your photos on display, CEIVA also offers free channels to be added on to your frame including ESPN Sports Headlines, Comic Calendar, Local Weather, and more.

CEIVA photo frames are not just frames, they are a PhotoPlan, one that I think everyone should own! It is a great way to keep in touch with your loved ones and display yours and their pictures.

DownEast Basics review and {GIVEAWAY!!}

I am always looking for cute, affordable, modest clothing and I found the perfect place. DownEast Basics has everything I have been looking for. They have a great variety of clothes and everything is really reasonably priced. The first thing I noticed on their website were their skirts. They are all so adorable! I was able to review the Sabbatical Skirt and I love it! I wanted this skirt because I felt like it could be dressed up with a nice shirt and heels or I could wear it more casually with a t-shirt and flip-flops. In the summertime I prefer wearing skirts over anything else because they keep me the coolest (and if you haven't noticed, I am always super cool).

I also got to review this Collegiate Sweater. I like this sweater and think it will be perfect in the wintertime when it is just a little cooler. I haven't had a chance to wear it out yet as it is still pretty hot here in the south. It is made out of 100% cotton and is pretty heavy. I think it would be perfect to wear on a cooler fall day to keep warm while still looking cute.

In addition to Women's clothing, DownEast also has Men's, Maternity, and little girl's lines. I was able to review two little girl's skirts so I got the two cutest little girls I could find and had them be my models. Here is my niece Linley wearing the Dress Up skirt. I love the design on it.

And here is Graham's playmate (he's into older women) Rebekah in the Darling Dots skirt. Soooo adorable. She makes everything look cute though.

I had the opportunity to review a nightdress in blue from the Flutterby collection. I love this nightdress because it is lightweight, really girly, and exposes a tempting amount of skin. The lace at the bottom is so beautiful. The lace is cream, but has a little bit of blue that is darker than the dress that makes the lace look even more special. While I think this nightdress is very delicate, I do wish the straps were stronger. The straps are ribbon that are adjustable, but I am afraid that the ribbon may rip off if pulled by accident. The chest area has a band for light support, which I found to be perfect. Overall, I love this dress and feel very pretty while wearing it.

You may read my first review, where I discuss how fun and easy it is to shop for your perfect pair of shoes for any occasion. You may also specify the color and size of shoes you are interested in and that will also filter your options. This site makes shoe shopping a breeze and really should be the only way to shop!

I had the opportunity to review a pair of Nicole shoes. The Nicole motto is to 'take it easy.' I find that very appropriate as the Lovely pair I was able to review are, in fact, quite practical, comfortable, and still fashionable.

The Nicole Lovely shoes, which I received in the color 'Tuscany,' have leather straps that are soft, thick, and wrap around the foot so you aren't going to get blisters or sore feet from sliding around in your own shoes. While these heels can be dressier, I find them so comfortable and easy to wear that I wear them with jeans and have even thrown them on with shorts. The heels are appropriately high and actually, they feel like you are wearing flats while wearing the Lovely shoes. I have been very impressed with the Nicole line and definitely hope to own more pairs in the future.

GoGo Babyz Urban Advantage Stroller Review

Since my son was born, I have been looking for the perfect stroller. You wouldn't think I would be so particular, considering he is my first child, but I am and actually, so is my son. Some things I wanted were a snack tray so my son could snack and drink to entertain him while strolling along, a large umbrella to keep my pale son protected from the sun, but also from the rain; a seat that could recline for nap times or for younger babies, a storage basket for my purse or shopping bags, a 5-point harness to keep my wild child contained, and an easy open and close for my weak self. When I discovered the Urban Advantage Stroller from GoGo Babyz, I knew I had to own it. This is my absolutely perfect stroller:

The Urban Advantage Stroller was super easy to put together. I just had to put up on the wheels, the snack tray, and attach the brake. Although this stroller may look like a jogging stroller, it is not. It is appropriate for everyday usage. I love the front wheel because it swivels. This makes maneuvering around a piece of cake. My previous stroller had 4 wheels and was impossible to turn. I would have to pick up the back of my stroller and turn that way.

Because this stroller is so smooth, it is necessary to use a brake when you are in a parked position. Right now, it is very difficult to push the brake into a locked position because it is so tight. Though, it did say in the manual that this is normal and with time it will become simple to put the brake down.

The stroller also has a ton of storage, which I love. There is a large bottom basket which can hold up to 10 lbs., 2 pockets that can hold up to 3 lbs. each, 2 adult cup holders and tray, and a child's snack tray and cup holder.

As my son has become older, we have transitioned into a small umbrella stroller. It has been awful. It only has a strap around his waist. He hates that stroller and will do everything he can to escape out of it. For this reason, a 5-point harness is very important to me and this stroller provides that safety feature. My son comfortably sits in the Urban Advantage Stroller, never wants to get out, and has actually tried to climb up in it on several occasions.

The foot rest and the actual seat can both be adjusted separately to down or upright positions. This makes this stroller safe for small infants and toddlers. The stroller is also compatible with with Graco SnugRide or SafeSeat infant car seats.

As mentioned in the video, the Urban Advantage Stroller has a one handed folding system. This has been fabulous. I can hold my child while closing my stroller or while opening it. I do have to put him down to lift it, as the stroller does weigh 27 lbs.

Overall, I am madly in love with this stroller. If you are looking for a stroller both you and your child can enjoy, this is a great solution.
