My sister-in-law just had a baby. As most of us know, breastfeeding is difficult and often painful, especially if you have inverted nipples. The Harmony Breastpump is a manual pump. I have found that manual pumps are best used for pulling out inverted nipples or relieving engorged breasts, not necessarily for pumping full bottles.
