My husband is a man nurse (it's hot, trust me) who will be starting school again next year studying to be a nurse anesthetist. We have moved from Idaho to Georgia to Missouri to Georgia and soon to Minnesota.
All along the way we have rented. For years we would just move into a rental and live, looking to the future to make our house feel like a home. I got pretty sick of that. Even though we are at least 3 years from owning a home of our own, I couldn't wait any longer to make some place feel like us.
Together, my husband and I decided that with a very tight budget, we could make our home a place we would never want to leave, even though chances are we will only live in one place for a year or so. We are loving finding treasures at thrift stores and antique shops that just need some sprucing up.
Both of us have always loved interior design so now we are experimenting with what we love and what works for our family.
With that said, let's get to know each other. What do you say?
