I've mentioned in a couple posts that my family and I have been striving to become more healthy. We have started to exercise a few times a week and have been choosing better options for our meals.

  1. Megan, I am totally doing that too with yogurts. I'm eating yogurt and fruits as my "sweets". Here's a question for you: What is your favorite Dannon yogurt flavors? They don't have as much variety as Yoplait, unfortunately (because Dannon is healthier).

  2. My favorite is vanilla no matter what the brand and then I mix in grape nuts. I think it is delicious! You could mix in your own fresh fruits or favorite cereal, too.
