I received the Baby Dipper in the mail yesterday, meaning you will get 5 days of Baby Shower Bash after all! Still, Erica has a few more surprises that were intended for the Baby Shower Bash once her computer is running again. Still, I am so, so excited to have the opportunity to share with our readers the Baby Dipper.
After trying out this bowl, I am shocked that not every baby bowl is created just like it. The bowl is contoured so that your baby food is always going to one end of the bowl, making it easy to feed your child with one hand or allowing your child to feed themselves without making a huge mess.
I first used the bowl to feed my son. It made his feeding a piece of cake! I usually have to pull his fingers out of his mouth to get his food in. Because his baby food is easily spooned out of the Baby Dipper, I can feed him and hold his hand at the same time.
I first used the bowl to feed my son. It made his feeding a piece of cake! I usually have to pull his fingers out of his mouth to get his food in. Because his baby food is easily spooned out of the Baby Dipper, I can feed him and hold his hand at the same time.
After I had fed my son the majority of his baby food, I let him have a try. It was then that I realized how awesome this bowl really is. The bowl's bottom has a non-slip base, which really didn't move as my son pushed the spoon all over the bowl. Also, he didn't struggle at all to get food into his spoon. This feeding was fun and easy for both of us!
WIN IT!!

Wonderful idea. I would love to enter. I learned from their story that she wanted a bowl that wouldn't move on the table, which is amazing, and that she has two sets of twins (wow!!!)

I learned that barbera was thinking that to accomplish one-handed feeding, the bowl should not slide around on the table and it should aid in the collection of the baby food. A non-slip bottom surface would keep it from sliding. A sloped interior surface and a spoon-shaped collection point would help gather the food down to the last bite.. amsbolda@hotmail.com

ReplyDeleteI guess if you work of Volvo you can come up with an awesome design for a triangle shaped bowl that drops down on one side to catch those last few bites!

I learned that she as a mother wanted a bowl that would not slide around and would make one hand feeding possible. This would also be great for toddlers to learn to feed themselves.
