At about 5:00 today, I realized I hadn't planned anything for dinner and everyone was already hungry. I decided tonight would be the perfect night to try my new Infrared Oven. I bought a pork loin, covered it in salsa, brown sugar, and jalapenos. I placed the pork on the cooking rack with fatty side up and cooked it on high for 20 minutes on each side. Yes, only 40 minutes total!! The meat was tender and juicy as if it had been cooking in the oven for hours. It was absolutely delicious.

The NuWave Pro Infrared Oven comes with all kind of useful information. It includes a list that tells you the appropriate height for the rack, how long your food needs to cook on each side, and at what temperature. Also included is two recipe books, one for healthier eaters.

We put the oven together in about 2 minutes. It was very easy. My husband's favorite part of the oven is the easy clean up. All that is required is to remove the bottom drip tray and the cooking rack, which came clean without scrubbing.

The only negative thing about the oven is its size. Because it is rather large, it is kind of hard to store. I wish the lid could somehow become more compact. Otherwise, this is a fantastic product that I recommend to all busy mommy's looking for an efficient way to cook an amazing meal.
