EA Sports More Workouts review and {GIVEAWAY!!}

Are you all ready to start the new year? I think we all know that the #1 resolution made each year is to lose weight. Perhaps a few of you out there have made that your 2010 goal? I hope so, because I have just the thing for you! Remember my review of the EA Sports Active? Well, I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to also review the EA Sports More Workouts that just came out November 17th, 2009. It includes 35 new workouts and activities for you to do, ensuring you will never get bored with your workouts.

I have been trying out More Workouts for several weeks and love it. I was already a huge fan of the EA Sports Active so it was easy to get right into More Workouts. You have the option of continuing with the 30 day challenge like the original EA Active game, or you can take the 6 week challenge which helps you track your calories, weight and goals to getting in shape in 6 weeks.

You get to choose the intensity of your workouts depending on what you are used to doing already. I chose medium intensity and have definitely been sore since starting. It is great! All the new workouts are really fun too. They have water skiing, obstacle courses, boxing, and jump roping along with lunges, sit-ups and squats. More Workouts also let's two people workout at the same time, so this is perfect if you and a friend or family member workout together. My husband and I tried it out together and thought it was fun to have someone next to you to compete with. It made me work a little harder so I would do better then him :) If you have a Wii and want to get in shape without spending a lot of money on a gym membership or having to find someone to watch your kids while you go workout, you need to get More Workouts so you can have the luxury of working out in the comfort of your own home, at a convenient time for you.
